Pictured above is a bathroom in the Gym at the Overlook apartments. Notice the water that has leaked from the ceiling into the walls. This happened in a cold snap in January last year while students were on Christmas break. Pictured next shows the drywall having been removed from the walls and ceilings. In this case the drywall had to be removed in order to allow the drying equipment to dry the structure.
