Pipe Burst Causing Water Damage
This water loss in a Harrisonburg apartment building was a result of a pipe bursting in January from a supply line to an outside shower at the pool facility. Unfortunately, it is was not discovered, as happens often, until the ceiling was compromised enough to give way. Upon our arrival it was found that Both the men’s and ladies’ bathrooms and the weight room had significant water damage. As a result, the walls, ceilings, and contents had been saturated and had to be removed in order that the structure could dry sufficiently. Pictured afterwards is the structure post reconstruction. If water damage impacts your home or commercial facility, please call our crew at SERVPRO of Harrisonburg/Rockingham County at (540) 433-6100.
