Inspecting Plumbing at Your Commercial Business
9/18/2020 (Permalink)
At least once a month, your maintenance department or someone in your office should look at pipes and fixtures to check for moisture.
In bathrooms and kitchens, sinks and faucets should be looked at along with any refrigerator ice maker lines to offset a potential water damage. The person in charge of inspecting the plumbing should also know where the water valves are located. These should be inspected as well and by knowing where they are, they can shut them off if a water damage should occur. Quickly turning off water valves in the case of a water damage can save your commercial business from further damage.
By preventing extensive property damage, you not only save the cost of the damages but also prevent interruption to your business itself.
