Commercial Residential Properties -Water Damage
10/19/2021 (Permalink)
Water damages in commercial residential properties have increased due to the increasing use of water in our daily lives. Water is used with dishwashers, water and ice dispensing refrigerators, water heaters, toilets, and washing machines as well as showers and bathtubs. Any of these could cause a water damage to occur. Other water damages can be caused by the building’s supply system (pipes) and storms.
Residential buildings that sustain a water loss and not properly dried become less attractive to tenants for leasing and/or could result in lower rental income. Carpets may need to be lifted for drying or removed, along with other affected materials depending on the type of water loss.
